For nearly 40 years Felix Chavez Inc has worked on some of the nation's most cherished and historically significant cultural and religious landmarks.  From churches and other sacred spaces to theaters, civic buildings and myriad of landmarks, Felix Chavez Inc. puts care and research into each project.   Our incomparable 50+ year guarantee on the longevity of finishes is a testament to the values the company lives by.

Part of the necessary scrutiny we feel is necessary to execute the historically accurate restoration of finishes and paintings requires intensive research about the building, its architects and builders, its members and the people who use the space.  The buildings place in art and its specific architectural history lie at the heart of recreating designs or making a new design scheme which revitalize its use and appreciation.

We had the great pleasure and honor of restoring the Locker Room "Enos Curtain Room;" we did a major restoration to this beautiful Art Deco Style room; thanks to the invitation of Mr. Joseph Hoopes, one of the great members and also member of the NY Yacht Club,  where our company also did work. Below are some pictures before and after the restoration of Ceiling-Walls and also cleaning and polishing of the Light Fixtures-Chandeliers-Marble, etc.
